These Terms of Service apply to your use of velmorajewelry.com and purchases made from Velmora Jewelry. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy.

Product information

We work to present product names, materials, finishes, stones, dimensions, sizing, photographs and prices accurately. Jewelry specifications vary by item. Product photography, screen settings and lighting can affect the appearance of color and scale, and small differences may occur between photographs and the item received. Product-specific information on the individual listing controls over general collection descriptions.

Orders and availability

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders may be declined, canceled or adjusted when an item is unavailable, pricing or product information is materially incorrect, payment authorization fails, fraud screening raises a concern, or fulfillment cannot be completed. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and any other charges presented at checkout are added before you submit the order. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

Shipping, tracking and returns

Shipping, tracking, personalization changes, damaged or incorrect items, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy. Most personalized orders currently require approximately 2–5 business days for production before shipment, followed by approximately 2–5 business days for tracked U.S. delivery. These are estimates rather than guarantees.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and shipping information and for keeping account credentials secure. Notify Velmora promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
